Rahsaan Bahati

Chairman/Founder Los Angeles, Ca

Rahsaan is a world-class cyclist and champion for the children. Rahsaan was raised in Compton, California, and a seven-time US championship professional cyclist who currently rides and manages his own cycling team, Bahati Foundation Elite Cycling Team. He has previously raced for; SKLZ-Pista Palace, Rock Racing Pro Cycling, TIAA Cref Pro Cycling, McGuire Real Estate Pro Cycling,Saturn Pro Cycling and Mercury Pro Cycling.

Rahsaan has also represented the
United States at 3 world championships.
Rahsaan specializes in criterium racing and track cycling. In 2000 Rahsaan won the amateur USCF National Criterium Championships and in 2008 he won the elite USPRO National Criterium Championships. 2010 was a break out year for
Rahsaan as he added the 10th Annual CSC Invitational to his many professional level wins that year.

Rahsaan is the reigning three-time champion of the renowned Manhattan Beach Chevron Manhattan Beach Grand Prix.
In 2011 Rahsaan received a special dedication by being honored at the 29th El Tour de
Tucson presented by CenturyLink and the University of Arizona Medical Center
as its awardee.

Lynn Ingram

Chief Financial OfficerBaldwin Hills, Ca

Lynn currently serves as Chief Financial Officer on the Bahati Foundation.
As as youth with a gift for athletics, she had no opportunities for youth cycling team participation conveniently accessible for her. She continued to ride but played other sports more available in her local park system, never forgetting her first choice of bike racing. As a lifetime cyclist, he joined various national cycling
associations with the intent to bring opportunities to young cyclists that were never afforded to her. Those opportunities include advocacy for and accessibility to the cycling culture, participation in family and group rides, and safety training.
Currently she is a Race Official with U.S A. Cycling, a member of the on the board of Directors of the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition, and a member of
the National Brotherhood of Cyclists.

Lynn is a paralegal with the firm of Reback, McAndrews, Kjar, Warford, Stockalper & Moore LLP which specializes in defense litigation. Lynn is a graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology, has two adult children who are active participants in their own sports, and is effervescently recruiting individuals to adopt the cycling culture for health and fitness.

Quintin E. Primo III

Executive Committee Member Chicago, IL

Mr. Primo serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Capri Capital Partners, LLC, a real estate investment management firm advising pension fund and other institutional investors. The firm currently has $3.7 billion in assets under management as of September 30, 2012. Quintin co-founded and is chairman of the Real Estate Executive Council, the industry’s leading organization for minority real estate professionals. He created the Emerging Leaders Program for young minority professionals under the Capri Foundation,
and co-chaired the creation of the Preservation Compact for affordable housing, a groundbreaking program jointly funded by the Urban Land Institute and MacArthur Foundation.

His industry involvement also includes serving as board
member of the Pension Real Estate Association and as a former board member of the Real Estate Roundtable.
Quintin is founder and currently board chairman of the Primo Center for Women and Children, a transitional center and family institute for the homeless, is founding chairman of the Chicago Alliance to End Homelessness, and is a board member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and the School of the Art
Institute of Chicago. Additionally, he is a board member of the Church Pension Group, the pension fund of the Episcopal Church. Mr. Primo received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School and a
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with honors and high distinction from Indiana University. Mr. Primo and his family reside in the Chicago area.

Richard DeBernardis

Richard is the founder of El Tour de Tucson in 1983 one of the nations largest cycling events and is currently the CEO & President of Perimeter Bicycling Association of America, Inc. He received his Bachelors degree in Psychology
and Mathematics at UCLA in 1969 and his graduate degree in Educational\ Psychology from Harvard University (1974). Richard taught at UCLA in field of learning disabilities and worked at the University of Alaska in developing the first
college for Eskimos. In 2002 Richard was given an “Honorary Alumnus Award” from the University of Arizona for the work he’s done in establishing an alternate means to a healthy lifestyle through bicycling (El Tour de Tucson and Perimeter
Bicycling Association of America, Inc.)

Richard holds two Guinness World Records. One for bicycling the perimeter of the United States - 12,092 miles in 180 days (1979), the other for bicycling the perimeter of Japan - 6,235 miles in 77 days (1981). On September 11th of 2010,
Richard climbed Mt. Fuji for his 19th time. In 2007 at the 25th El Tour, the League of American Bicyclists honored him with the highest bicycle honor in the United States: the Dr. Paul Dudley Award, for turning a community into a more healthyfriendly
community through bicycling. Richard resides in Tucson, Arizona.

Dan Rudrud

Dan is Executive Director and manages the Chicago office for J.P. Morgan Futures & Options. Specific areas of oversight include technology, operations, client services, execution and exchange floor staffs. In addition Dan manages the Chicago Futures and Options and OTC marketing team that encompasses the following products, Futures & Options, FX Prime Brokerage, Commodity Trading Advisors and OTC cleared products. Dan and his team coordinate their efforts across the entire Prime Services and Investment Bank at JPMorgan. Danis a member of the Midwest Operating Committee for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Previously Dan spent twelve years in a senior sales management role at the Chicago Board of Trade dealing with all areas of the financial community trading futures & Options products. During this time Dan was employed by Citicorp, BankAmerica and since 1997, JPMorgan. Dan earned his M.B.A. from theKellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and holds aB.S in Economics from Arizona State University. Dan is a licensed private pilot and avid cyclist. Dan resides in Wilmette with his wife, Sarah and two children.

Michael Norris
